OMI Global and education in Orthopaedic Medicine
OMI Global is an international association, founded by doctors and physiotherapists who worked with Dr. James H. Cyriax to teach in orthopedic medicine.
OMI Global countries offer training for doctors, physiotherapists / physical therapists, chiropractors and naprapaths in orthopedic medicine and aims to promote the creation of suborganisations and associations worldwide and the creation of a high standard of courses in the subject.
OMI Global suborganisations conducts training activities in Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Italy, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark, Poland, Germany, England,the United States, Canada, Brazil, Argentina and India.
As a textbook is used "A System of Orthopaedic Medicine" which 2003 came out in its second edition. It may be considered the currently most comprehensive and detailed in the subject of orthopedic medicine.
